Happy hump day warriors! Here's a couple of exercises to incorporate into your next arm workout: Overhead tricep extension 4X12 Weighted medicine ball (16 lb is used in video) slam 4 X :30 seconds. Ball slams increase power and are a full body exercise, so they're very efficient.
