Duke City Fencing Club seeks an intelligent, reliable self-starter for a Part-Time Office Manager. The office manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and upkeep of the club. This is a customer-facing position and involves supervising children. Our website is www.dukecityfencing.net.

Responsibilities include:
• Reception
• Custodial
• Customer Service
• Scheduling
• Bookkeeping

Duke City Fencing is a small sport fencing club that offers afterschool classes in the Olympic sport of fencing for children ages 6 – 16 and evening classes for adults. DCF is a sole proprietorship that has been in operation for over 14 years with approximately 70 active members.

Requirements:
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be work well with children

Preferred Qualities:
• Experience in Business Administration or Customer Service
• Experience using Quickbooks
• Experience working with children
• Competitive athletic experience

A background check is required for this position.

This is a PART-TIME position for 20 hours/week. Hours are Monday – Friday, 3:30pm - 7:30pm. Salary is 9.50$ - 11.00$ p/h DOE.
