We believe Pilates is the finest strength-training workout for anyone, at any age. Our dynamic class sessions are available at a variety of levels and at convenient class times. No matter your level of fitness, there’s a Pilates class for you. Our certified instructors perform hundreds of hours of training to meet our teacher standards and maximize your workout. And it’s more than just Reformers. We teach classes using TRX, Barre, Exo-Chair, Bosu ball, mats, rollers, and more.

If you'd like to attempt the Kneeling Side Kick today, follow along with CP Instructor, Megan Carbone! "Begin in a side kneeling position, then laterally flex the torso so your wrist and shoulder align while stacking your bent knee and hip. Open your shoulders and hips, stabilizing them in a parallel position. Begin by extending the top leg then lifting it to hip height. Inhale as you sweep the leg backwards, stretching the hip flexor, then exhale as you hinge at the hip sweeping the leg forward. Making the kick only as big as you can maintain a stable pelvis throughout the exercise."
