We also have a Half Marathon Training Program as well for an additional fee. Strong by Zumba: Mondays at 12 p.m.
If you are ready for a fun, sweat dripping workout that includes muscle conditioning and lots of cardio, make sure to come try Strong by Zumba on Mondays at 12 p.m. This class combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synched Music Motivation. Children in strollers are welcome in this class and it's a part of our $5 drop in rate for non-members.
