We are not a one size fits all studio. Your fitness and mood recommendation may be practicing meditation and yoga poses, or putting on the boxing gloves. . . . If a client is feeling agitated, we might change the studio lighting to blue; in addition to putting on the boxing gloves. . . Blue helps reduce stress by lowering the blood pressure and heart rates. Some studies that people are more productive in blue rooms. Protect your back and hips by firming up your glutes. If your hamstrings are weak and tight, they’ll tug on your hips, thus causing pain. . 2️⃣Better posture- Most of us sit all day long and this causes our hip flexors to weaken and shorten over time, causing injuries and bad posture. . 3️⃣Increased bone density- Exercising and staying active helps to strengthen muscles and improve overall bone health. . 4️⃣Improved energy- The last thing we want to do is exercise but research shows that consistent exercise may help boost energy levels.
