I was referred to FBBC by a personal trainer. Although I didn't feel I was overweight, I wanted to lose some fat pounds, so I started on my journey by upping the intensity of my workouts and changing my eating habits (and eating more instead of less really appealed to me!). Thanks FBBC, I have lost 10 pounds over the last 2.5 years, and I feel fantastic! I'm sure staying physically fit and strong will help me live longer with fewer "old person" issues and problems.
Mildred brings her positive attitude and her A-game to every session and makes it look effortless. Not to mention she can hold a mean 5+min plank like a boss 💪🏻
