I want to thank Coach Jake for all the 4:45’s that’s prepared me for Everest Base Camp Hike! I just completed the hike, 13 Days through the Himalayas all the way to EBC and back. Aside from double pneumonia and other infections, my endurance up and down hills was truly all OTF and Jake pushing pushing pushing in my head to never stop! Abq OTF Far NE You Rock.
