The Excel Adaptive water classes are designed for people who want to get a strenuous workout in a low-impact, aquatic environment. Individuals with chronic physical problems are highly encouraged to come! Deep Water classes are held in the Olympic Pool.
If you need access to the Johnson Center's pool access doors, you must provide a copy of your current parking permit. If you are UNM affiliated, you can get a dual access therapy card by coming by the main office with your current Lobo Card.

Enjoy a swim and cool down at Santa Rosa Park Lake. You will also get to play on their WIBIT, which is basically a floating playground for all ages! We will also go for a swim at the famous Blue Hole and offer a stand-up paddleboard clinic! COST includes transportation from UNM Campus, entrance fees, and guides!
