Every member gets a free personal training session every 3 months. Come check us out. We never use pressure sales tactics.

Find yourself struggling to stretch after leg day? Start with these 4 simple movements for one minute each!

Child's Pose: Begin on your hands and knees, then draw your big toes together and widen your knees as much as is comfortable. Drop your hips back towards your heels and extend your finger tips further forward. Walk your hands to either side for a stretch along the sides of your torso.

Seated Forward Fold: From a seat on the floor, extend your legs out straight ahead of you. With a flat back, fold forward from the hips until you feel a stretch in the back of your legs. To ease up on the stretch, place a bend in your knees. Flex your toes towards your face for an additional calf stretch.

Thigh hug: Lay down on your back. Keep one leg extended long and pull the other knee to your chest. Use both your hands to hold the shin of your bent leg. Pull your leg closer to your chest or either shoulder to deepen the stretch in different areas of your hip.

Hurdlers Stretch: From a lunge position, drop down to your back knee. Widen your stance in the left-right direction as much as is comfortable. Shift your weight in a circular motion to feel a comfortable stretch in the front of your back hip and the side of your front hip.
