Composure is of the utmost importance when engaged in grappling. It gives the practitioner the ability to see beyond the immediate exchange taking place and begin to mount a systematic defensive or offensive sequence. Even if you find yourself caught in tough exchange, try to stay calm!

The Machado Brothers – Join the Ultimate Ju Jitsu Training Experience Each brother will host a 2 hour Gi and 1 hour No Gi seminar each, and all 5 brothers will host a 4 hour open mat with Q & A on the final day.

Congratulations to on his promotion to blue belt!
Kano has been training for roughly a year and half and brings the same drive and passion from his professional life onto the mats. Combining natural athleticism with being very precise in his application of technique, he has become quite the formidable opponent early on in his journey as a martial artist. Perhaps the most unique aspect in his game is his ability and willingness to listen and apply what he’s hearing immediately, even mid roll, a delight for every coach! Well earned Kano!

To understand that Jiu Jitsu as a system is universally effective while also understanding, in paradox, that each technique within Jiu Jitsu is only highly effective, is a step in the right direction to truly taking your Jiu Jitsu (or students) to the next level
