DIRECTIONS:
1. Grill the chicken breasts on the stove top for 10-15 minutes on each side in the olive oil.
2. While the chicken is cooking, hard boil the eggs by placing them in 1 inch of water and bringing to a boil.
3. Once the water is boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
4. Remove the egg shells and cut the eggs into small pieces.
5. Slice the avocado and cut the tomatoes into halves.
6. Top each plate of lettuce with sliced or cubed cooked chicken, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, corn, and blue cheese crumbles. Makes 4 servings.

Recovery Tip ๐Ÿ’š Change clothes after a workout

This tip helps your skin health. While relaxing and de-stressing after your workout is key, it is also key to not relax in your workout clothes! We want to chill after a high-intensity exercise but doing so in our sweat-soaked workout clothes can cause acne-causing bacteria and possibly fungus! EW! So fight against your urge to plop down in your workout clothes. Change immediately and even better, hop in the shower!

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut corn from cobs. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat; sautรฉ corn until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in 1/3 cup green onions. Keep warm.
2. Toss chicken with salt and pepper. Alternately thread chicken and mango onto 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers. Brush with olive oil.
3. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat until chicken is no longer pink, 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with corn mixture; sprinkle with remaining green onions. If desired, serve with lime wedges. Makes 4 servings.

It sounds contradictory but drinking MORE water does help with water retention in your body! Having a constant flow of water into your body pushes through any water retention and improves your sodium balance. A retention of sodium can lead to your body retaining water as well. It's summer sippin' time! We might want a little relax-time and a cocktail every now and then, but we are still on our fitness journey! Here's an easy summer cocktail recipe with limited sugar!

Sparkling Berry Cocktail:
โ˜€ Berries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
โ˜€ A quarter of a lemon
โ˜€ 2 tsp agave nectar
*muddle ingredients in the bottom of glass*
โ˜€ 3 ounces vodka
โ˜€ Top off with club soda & ice
