Training, motivating, and encouraging others to be the best they have ever been. The mission of Supreme Echelon Trainers LLC is to improve the performance, self-confidence, and life skills of student athletes across New Mexico at an affordable price.

This is one of the best articles I've read in a while. I recommend you give it a look as well.

My takeaways from reading this are:
- that we seriously need to stop with the "Cleanse" and "Detox" Bu****it that is so popular right now. We are cleansing ourselves to death.
-Don't be scared of foods that make your breath stink. Thats what a toothbrush is for. Eat garlic, onions, leeks, and tons of other vegetables.
-If you don't already eat fermented foods like sauerkraut, aged cheese, sourdough, miso, and buttermilk.

Weightloss can often be a miserable experience. Usually because most people are chasing a magic number on a scale instead of the amazing energy and excitement of true health.

Make nutrition a more enjoyable experience by following a few simple rules:
- Stop dieting (cutting large amounts of calories only works for a short period of time before your body adapts)
- Eat whole foods (no foods from a box, bag, or through a window)
- make small changes (pick 1 or 2 things you can change about your eating habits each week)
- Stop drinking calories (try to stick with coffee, tea, or water)

Happy New Year to all. I know that many of you will be making new years resolutions that involve going back to the gym or just getting in shape. As possibly the first day back on a fitness program what is one thing that you plan to accomplish or are focusing on today?

My workout today will focus on joint mobility, foot speed, and flushing lactic acid from my sore muscles because of yesterdays workout.
