Why rugby could be on brink of big things in U.S.

Lots of great information about the bright future of Rugby in the USA. Fact: just over 55,000 registered youth In the USA right now. Let's add to that number this weekend! American rugby isn't ready to challenge the likes of New Zealand's mighty All Blacks, but proponents think the pieces are in place for the sport to take off in the U.S.

[10/09/16]   Coach Richard requested post: Regarding December trip for Phoenix Rugby Tournament!
This is a full contact 7's tournament.

In order to go, we need 12 committed players. We need a firm commitment to go, on or before the next AYRU Rugby Clinic, scheduled for October 23rd at Bullhead Park.

Just like Denver, parents will be responsible for taking their own children to the tournament, in case of injury and other liabilities, but we can caravan and carpool.

Players must be 13 years old (or younger) on September 1st of this year to be able to play.

We will begin practice at the beginning of November if we have enough players who can travel to Phoenix.

For any questions, please contact Coach Richard at [email protected]
