Versatile, effective and fun— resistance bands are... well, irresistible! Bands are different than free weights (like kettlebells or dumbbells) because they have elasticity. This means that as you move through the rep, the amount of tension changes and hits your muscles in different ways. Also, you can adjust the amount of tension on the band by giving yourself more or less slack— that means you can use the same band for the entire workout! The more you can change up your workouts, the more effective they will be. Time to hop on the resistance bandwagon!
