[11/05/17]   Hello Fellow Yogis! We are now closed for the winter! Look for us in the Spring! We will have workshops, great new classes, guest instructors from Chicago, cute yoga clothes/accessories and much much more!

We will try to keep this schedule and may be add a Friday class if there is interest! Please call with any questions!

[07/28/17]   Join us for a beautiful night of yoga tonight. 7:30 meditation and relaxation. Tomorrow's practice is after the run at 12:00! Sundays practice is at 9:30. All practices this weekend are an hour and a half! The wonderful Loreta is leading all classes. Come for one, come for all!

[07/10/17]   Hope everyone is having a peaceful Monday! We have decided a monthly rate of $99 per person or $89 a month for seniors and students. [07/08/17]   Hello everyone! Due to our owner having to go to Chicago for her daughters dance competition, we won't be having class tomorrow. We will have regular class on Sunday. Have a beautiful weekend yogis!

[07/05/17]   We have also been getting a lot of questions about our pricing. Your first class is $5 for residents, $10.00 for non-residents. All classes after are $18. Five classes and your 6th is free.

Mondays and Wednesdays - Vinyasa Level 2 Heated at 9am, Yin at 10:45am
Tuesdays and Thursdays - Vinyasa Level 2 at 9am, Hatha at 10:45am, Evening Relaxation Easy Flow at 7 pm
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays - Vinyasa Level 1-2 at 10:45am

[06/29/17]   Our first class will be only $5. Be there at 10:45 Saturday Morning. Arrive 15 minutes early to get a good spot!
