Thank you to all our sponsors and fans!
We are all about family, friends, and fun! This is a local sports team that enjoys participating in community racing events. Check us out at the Holland Motorsports Complex on Saturday nights for a fun filled night of action that is sure to leave you wanting more. See you at the track :)
[06/28/19] The team was at Lancaster Speedway last night. Max won his heat and came in 4th after starting last in a 28 car field! Tom also hopped back in his car after a hiatus and managed to pull off a 7th place finish. Max came in 2nd last Saturday at Wyoming as well. A good start to season 👊🏻
We were back out on the track last night at Wyoming County International Speedway. Max came in 5th in the first feature, 2nd in his heat, and WON the second feature!
Max won his heat last night! Unfortunately the feature was rained out but we are excited to get the cars back on the track 🏁
New Gear = New Season 👊🏻
[09/24/18] Won our heat tonight!! Max was passing for 2nd on the last lap when a tire blew out...but we still managed to finish 6th!
[09/12/18] Raced Lancaster Saturday night! Had a solid top 5 finish! ✊🏻
Came out to Hillside tonight with the newly completed #18 car and got our first win of the season! Congrats to Max as well as everyone else on the team. And THANN YOU to all of our sponsors for making this possible!! 🏁
Came out to Spencer Speedway tonight just for some fun. Clean race, competitive car. Solid night ✊🏻
[08/19/18] Made it back to Lancaster tonight. Max came in 2nd for his heat. Started 5th for the feature, spun around and blew a tire after the first few laps avoiding an accident. Got it replaced and worked our way up to finish 4th so not a bad evening overall.
[08/13/18] Took a break from racing this weekend but we’ve got some pretty big things coming up soon so stay tuned!! 😉
Came out to Hillside (formally Holland) today to work out our kinks from Thursday. Haven’t been here in a couple years so the setup wasn’t quite there but Max managed to pull off a 3rd place finish and fix our problem 👌🏻
Max also gave a shout out to our sponsors especially Darien Lake during a post race interview. Looking forward to returning to Lancaster next week!
Sporting some new graphics today! 👻
Had a rough night on the track. Multiple mechanical issues but luckily Max made the right call during the feature to pull in and preserve the car. Gonna work to improve next week!
And congrats to our good friend Tommy from Double Nickel Racing on an incredible night!!
[07/16/18] Again, we had a strong competitive car Saturday night. Max won his heat and was passing for the lead during the feature when his right front tire fell apart causing him not to finish the race. We are looking into this problem with the manufacturer as this is not the first tire defect we’ve experienced this season however this has been the most serious case so far. We hope to have this issue resolved the next time we hit the track. Thank you to all our fans and sponsors for your continued support!!
[07/08/18] Had some mechanical issues early on but finished the evening strong with yet another 2nd place finish! At least we’re consistent 🤷🏼♂️
Shout out to the entertainment department at Darien Lake! Come check out Aaron Radatz: Master of Illusion this summer at the park 🎭

Happy Father’s Day! Thanks to Northem Racing for bringing out their Tantrum car to our annual car show! Stop by Darien Square til 3 for more classic cars and bikes!
Happy Fathers Day! Shoutout to Darien Lake and Sherwin Williams for being our main sponsors this season. We couldn’t compete if it wasn’t for you. Check us out at the car show today 🏁
[06/17/18] Returned to racing this weekend. Max came in 2nd tonight for both the heat and feature. The car continues to look strong!! 👊🏻
[06/03/18] It was a crazy night at the track but a great night for the team. Max won his heat and came in 2nd for the feature! We’re off next week but we’ll be back for Father’s Day weekend. Thank you to our sponsors, especially Darien Lake, for your continued support. We can’t do this without you!
Max put on another amazing show last night with an incredible 2nd place finish. We also wanna give a shout out to our sponsor, Darien Lake Theme Park. We gave away four admission tickets last night along with one of our new team shirts. Off to a great start this season. Hoping it continues!
[05/13/18] Had a very productive first day on the track. Worked out a lot of kinks in the car throughout the evening and Max was able to bring home a top 5 finish. Looking forward to next weekend!
Been working on this behind the scenes for quite some time now. So glad we can finally share it with our fans. Really excited about this partnership! 🏁 🚘 🎢🎡
THANK YOU to everyone who came out today to support the team! Hopefully we’ll see you all at the track at some point over the summer 🏁
The basket raffle is all set up!
Don’t forget our fundraiser is just around the corner. Spread the word to friends and family throughout the racing community. See you there!
We’re just a few short weeks away from opening day! #getexcited

Circle Track Followers...we are looking for the best appearing race cars of the 2017 season!
Post a picture of your favorite race car in the comments. Or, tag your favorite racer in the comments and have him or her post a picture of their car.
The top three pictures with the most likes will be guaranteed spots on our list for this season, so have your friends stop by and vote! (Other cars may still make it, as well). We will run this for two weeks and post the gallery at the end of December.
These guidelines must be followed:
-A picture of just your car (no pictures with multiple cars in the shot; we need to know which one is yours)
-No photos with photographer or track watermarks can be accepted
Let's see those cars!
[10/23/17] The team wrapped up the season last night at Wyoming County International Speedway with Max Northem driving the #13 to finish the race in 6th. He did a great job wheeling the car and avoiding the wrecks. Thank you to all of our sponsors and fans who have supported us throughout the year. We look forward to having some new fun and thrills in 2018!
[10/01/17] Max Northem went out to Lake Erie Speedway last night in the #13 with some of the team and performed incredibly well. Having to make it through the field multiple times with all the cautions happening throughout the feature made it an interesting race for sure. He finished 8th out of 24 cars. Thank you to the Wyoming county speedway crew who assisted Max and the rest of the team throughout the night to get him back onto the track. As always thank you to our fans and sponsors for your continued support!
[09/10/17] Despite the roller coaster of a season we've had there were still some positive highlights. Max got his first ever feature win and some heat wins along with a solid finish in the points standings. THANK YOU to all of our sponsors, friends, and family members who supported us throughout the regular season. We sincerely appreciate everything you've done for us. We wish we had more to show for it but it just wasn't meant to be a great year. We've still got a few special races going on in the coming weeks that we hope will be more fun and enjoyable.
[08/22/17] Come out to support Western New York Heroes and the team this Thursday at the East Eden Tavern and Smokehouse located at 8163 E Eden Rd, Eden, NY 14057. We will be there in the evening with the #13 car. Looking forward to it!
[08/20/17] Another rough night of racing for the team. Rainy weather caused a significant delay in getting things started tonight. Unfortunately, track management made some poor decisions to attempt to dry the track which cost many drivers when it came time to race. We understand they didn't want to cancel a second week in a row but some calls definitely could have been made differently and communication was lacking as well.Hopefully the end of the season will be a turn around and things will improve in the coming weeks.
[08/13/17] Inclement weather caused racing to be cancelled last night. We will hope for better conditions next week!
THANK YOU to all our fans who came out to support the team tonight! We immensely appreciate your support. Tom in the #13 was unfortunately unable to participate in the race tonight. However, Max in the #18 performed quite well in the feature. Reckless driving made it difficult for him to gain positions but we are content with our 8th place finish in the 25 car field. We are off next weekend but we are very much looking forward to our 50 lap event when we return!
Tonight is Autograph Night at Lancaster Speedway. Be sure to come out to support the team and don't forget to stop over and personally talk to our drivers during the autograph session as well as after the feature events. Let's go racing!
[07/17/17] We would like to give a special shout out to Tommy Krawczyk for filling in for Tom Northem this past weekend in the #13 Western New York Heroes Chevrolet. We will have another guest driver the next time we're racing as Tom continues to recover from some back problems.
[07/16/17] Max Northem drove the #18 to win his heat tonight and finished 3rd out of the 25 car field in the feature! Unfortunately, the #13 experienced an axle breaking at the end of the race but it's nothing the team can't get back together. Keeping a positive outlook on the season and looking ahead to the next race day!
It was a successful day for the team at the track tonight. Tom in the #13 won his heat and Max in the #18 came in second for his. The father son duo led the 22 car field to green in the feature. After multiple cautions and a lot of competitive racing the #13 finished 10th and the #18 finished 6th. The cars are both in one piece with only minor cosmetic damage so we look forward to next weekend!
[06/30/17] We were back on the track last night and it was a long day for the team. Both cars participated in practice and their heats but unfortunately the #18 ran into trouble and was unable to take part of the feature. Tom Northem let his son, Max, drive the #13 to finish just outside the top 5 once again!
[06/18/17] We got both cars out on the track tonight! Some tough competition out there though. Max Northem drove the #18 to finish just outside the top 5 and Tom Northem in the #13 had to pull off early due to an electrical issue. The cars are both in one piece and we are looking ahead to the next race.
Tom Northem was honored to lead the Law Enforcement Torch Run the other day which raised over $13,000 for the special olympics. If anyone has photos from this event please share them with us!
