Jessica Hosfeld has been a certified Group Exercise instructor for the past 9 years teaching Bootcamp, Toning, Cycling and high intensity cardio classes. She motivates her members and helps them achieve their fitness goals whether it be training for a race, loosing weight, or completing that extra push-up! She has passion for what she does & pushes you to give 110%! The classes are geared toward high intensity training to help burn fat and loose those unwanted pounds and tone up. Exercises will include plyometric drills, Tabata style workouts, core, strength, endurance & more. You will encounter a different workout each class! Modifications are shown throughout the class. All fitness levels are welcome!

Here is the November schedule for Bulldog Fitness Bootcamp. All classes are at the Lenah Mill club house. Weeknights are at 7pm & Saturday’s at 9am. $35 for the month or $5 to drop in. Classes are a mix of Bootcamp/HIIT, Tabata & Muscle Madness. There is a Thanksgiving morning class at 9am to help us burn off all those turkey day calories!πŸ¦ƒ

You will encounter a different workout each visit so your muscles don't get comfortable and change will occur! Your muscles will always be challenged! As I always say, it's all in your head, your body can do so much more than you think you can! Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or increase your endurance this is the class for you! Modifications are shown throughout the class for each exercise. BFBC is open to all fitness levels! It only takes one class to try and you'll be hooked! This is also a great class for high school and college athletes! The workouts will consist of HIIT training, plyometric drills, Tabata style workouts, toning, core, strength and endurance workouts. It's open to all levels of fitness. Please bring a mat and water. Please bring 5-12 lb hand weights for Muscle Madness on Mondays and Thursdays. Schedule: A Different workout each class!
