She motivates her members and helps them achieve their fitness goals whether it be training for a race, loosing weight, or completing that extra push-up! She has passion for what she does & pushes you to give 110%! The classes are geared toward high intensity training to help burn fat and loose those unwanted pounds and tone up. EFFECTIVE CALORIE BURNING WORKOUTS! GET RESULTS! Bulldog Fitness Bootcamp is an advanced cardio workout that will push you to your max; then push you more! You will encounter a different workout each visit so your muscles don't get comfortable and change will occur! Your muscles will always be challenged! As I always say, it's all in your head, your body can do so much more than you think you can! Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or increase your endurance this is the class for you! Modifications are shown throughout the class for each exercise. BFBC is open to all fitness levels! It only takes one class to try and you'll be hooked! This is also a great class for high school and college athletes! The workouts will consist of HIIT training, plyometric drills, Tabata style workouts, toning, core, strength and endurance workouts. It's open to all levels of fitness. Please bring a mat and water. Please bring 5-12 lb hand weights for Muscle Madness on Mondays and Thursdays. Schedule: A Different workout each class! Monday: 7:00pm-8:00pm Muscle Madness - bring weights Wednesday: 7:00pm-8:00pm Bootcamp/HIIT Thursday: 6:30pm-7:30pm Muscle Madness - bring weights Saturday: 8:30am-9:30am Bootcamp/HIIT Location: See calendar tab - Outdoors at the Audubon Trail Parking Lot in Lenah Mill Development April through October.
