Welcome to the Mercer County Family YMCA! With our focus on Youth Deveopment, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility we strive everyday to strengthen our community based on our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
Hello, my name is Julie! I’m 25 years old, and more than eager to begin my journey as a personal trainer with the Mercer County Family YMCA. My passion for fitness and health began 6 years ago when I decided that I wanted to educate myself more on the ins & outs of strength training & proper nutrition for my own health and happiness, and I’ve been infatuated with it since. It changed my life in such a positive way that I’ve wanted nothing more than to assist others in changing their lives as well. I am certified through the the American Council on Exercise partnered with the YMCA, and am currently pursuing ACE’s Fitness Nutrition Specialist Program. I look forward to being able to help you reach your goals this year!!
