What did you eat today? Do you know? Start a food log and record everything that you eat and I mean EVERYTHING! Those little bites here and there of not as healthy options can add up. Hold yourself accountable and be proud of what you have written down at the end of the day!

Sugar free Strawberry Jello w/Chobani "whipped topping" Mix one plain Chobani Greek Yogurt w/1 packet of stevia or sweetener of your choice and some pure vanilla extract.
