A personal fitness and training facility that teaches constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities.

Our specialty is not specializing, rather, developing a state of general physical preparedness so that you can express your fitness in whatever sport or aspect of life you choose. By teaching 9 foundational movements and having constantly varied workouts, you can reach the highest levels of elite fitness.

Words cannot express the pride I felt today! @mn_phoenix_ had her first ever powerlifting meet in Sartell and she killed it!

I have always been uber passionate about lifting both Oly and Power, but Powerlifting has always been my strong suit. To have an athlete share that passion and take it to the next level creates that smile on my face!

Nothing excites me more than to see my athletes succeed in both the gym and in life. This one, this one has been lined with adversity and problems and issues so to be here and watch her on that platform today was a special win for her.

I couldn't be more proud young lady, way to kick ass! You prepared, you lifted, you learned and you walked away with a smile.

Whether your child is in a sport or just wants to be more awesome at the sport of life, our coaches can help them become the best version of themselves. Through hard work and determination we can help create a confidence within them that not only carries onto the ice, field or court, but also in their day to day lives.

With summer fast approaching we are again looking forward to our summer strength and conditioning program.

The program will begin on Monday June 10th and run 4 days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with 2 time options available, 9am and 2pm.

Almost all high school sports require their athletes to spend time in the weight room. Even teens who do NOT participate in any high school sports can benefit immensely from spending time learning to move well and lift weight properly. There is continued research suggesting the lifelong benefits of starting resistance training at a young age. These range from bone density and muscle mass retention to cognitive and developmental advantages through a person’s lifespan.

By the end of the summer our athletes can expect:

– A more flexible, mobile, functional body: the foundation for injury resistance

– Useful strength: strength is the foundation of explosiveness

– Quickness born of improved neuromuscular coordination and motor patterning

– Knowledge of nutrition and how to fuel the athletic, growing body

– Confidence in him/herself

– Increased work capacity

Sadly, we're playing this again for all 3 morning classes tomorrow. We don't want our athletes or coaches driving in the dark in this stuff and the roads are solid ice right now.

We are hoping against all hope that the roads clean up and snow dies so that we can still have a 12:30 class.
