[05/04/20]   What’s goin on anytime fitness family!? I’m sure you’re all aware of the extension or the state wide stay at home order. I just want you all to know that not a day goes by where we don’t think of all of you. We hope to be up and running soon! I just wanted to take this time to tell you to look at this downtime as a positive. I understand that quite a few of us are out of work including myself but, I found this time to be an opportunity to stay productive. I can honestly say I’ve walked a lot outside and just enjoyed nature as much as I can. I encourage you all to do the same! Whether it be outdoor activities, finishing a book you haven’t had time to read, educate yourselves for future opportunities and what not. The list goes on. All I’m saying is that there are opportunities to grow. I hope you all are doing well and I can’t wait to see you all when we’re back! Take care and stay healthy!!!😃

[03/27/20]   What’s going on AF fam?!! Just wanted to throw a little advice out at you to maintain your gains and keep your metabolism running in and outside the gym!! There a lot of people out there who end up eating less when they miss a workout in fear that they’ll end up putting on extra fat. DON’T DO THAT!!!😁 keep eating. Stay on track with your diet. You need your metabolism to stay where it’s at based on your goals and when you eat less than you’re supposed to, your metabolism dies off. This results in like I said, a slow metabolism, extra fat mass, and a loss of muscle and strength gains. So keep eating and train hard at home. You will still progress and or maintain your results.
