We began the 2026 racing season with the goal to try switch things up a bit and give the a go for the first time. Our journey started at the Wild Cat Creek MX Area qualifier and ended this weekend at the Archview MX Regional.
Out of almost 60 kids registered he made directly to the mains moto without going to the last chance consolation races. Weather and other random delays, what should have been a 3 moto format ended up 2. With limited time on the track and different track conditions every time he just couldn’t find a good flow and ended up 26th in 65 Limited and 24th in Mod.
It was such an awesome experience racing the fastest kids from across the country, meeting a lot of great people along the way!
While Kayden didn’t make it to the ranch this year, he gave it his best shot and will be a better racer because of it.
This weekend at Archview might have been the wildest yet. It started Thursday with insanity just getting into the place with limited parking available. The rain came Thursday night and didn’t let up so Friday Practice got cancelled. Out pits were under water all weekend…not fun.
Kayden’s first time on the Archview track was Saturday morning for a sloppy 3 lap practice. We had multiple lightening delays and finally got to race right after another rain. He rode great in 65 Limited in the mud coming from 26th all the way up to 13th! He qualified directly to the final motos. That would be the only moto he got in Saturday.
Sunday was a shortened schedule with a parade lap for practice, and right into the motos. The track was hard pack concrete with ruts forming on the faces of all the jumps. Kayden’s strong points are usually the jumps and he just couldn’t find any flow out there.
In the 65 Mod moto 1 he finished 14th and made it directly to moto 2s. In hindsight going to the consolation races probably would have benefited him with more time on the track. After many more delays for random reasons he finally raced his second and final motos. Tough starts and terrible dust made it hard to make up any ground and he just wasn’t riding the track as aggressive as he normally would.
While Archview wasn’t the experience we wanted on, it was really great to see some of our close buddy’s punch those tickets. We are thankful to leave the track in one piece because it was getting sketchy!
Thank you to all those who helped us out along the way!

This weekend we headed back to Megacross for round 6 in between our Regional racing!
Kayden had a perfect weekend winning all 4 of his classes 65 Sr, 65 Open, 85 Jr, and 85 Open.
Kam’s been busy kicking butt on the soccer and football fields and had an up and down night after his first ride in a month. He ended the night with a 3rd in 50 open, 4th in 65 Jr, and 6th in 50 Sr after a first turn crash.
Hope all those great Moto Dads had an awesome Father’s Day!
Next stop Archview MX!
A huge thanks goes out to Scott and Cody from TZR for helping get Kayden’s 65 and 85 motors back up and running !
Thanks to everyone else who helps us get to the races each week!

This weekend we finished off Loretta Lynn Area Qualifiers at Aztalan Cycle Club in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
Kayden had his best weekend yet, qualifying for Regionals in all 4 of his classes! He landed on the podium with a 3rd place in 65 10-11 Limited, 5th in 65 10-11 Mod, 7th 85 10-12 Limited, and 8th 10-12 Mod.
Kayden’s been putting in the work this year and it’s really starting to show on the track. Great starts, more aggressive riding, and lap times are coming down. He’s just getting started!
A huge thanks goes out to Lukas @ Euphoria MX Rider Development for all the training this season, Natalie Kane and Justin Kane for letting us crash with them all weekend, and Josh Lane for getting me a 65 top end before the weekend!
Also a big thanks goes out to all our other sponsors for helping us out in 2026.

This weekend brought Kayden to the Loretta Lynn MX North Central Area Qualifier at Sunset Ridge Mx where he punched another ticket to Regionals in the 65 10-11 Limited class. There were some ups and downs and a lot of work to do but some steps in the right direction.
From there we headed over to Mendota for Round 1 of the Megacross Series where Kam came out of his 6 month retirement! He rode awesome bringing home 2 2nds in the 50 classes and a 6th in 65 Junior.
Kayden loved being back under the lights bringing home 2 wins in the 65 classes and a couple 2nds in the 85 classes.
Overall a fun weekend getting both boys back out there!
Thanks to everyone helping us out!
