I worked my 30 members extra hard for Hell Week tonight! Lots of groans and spontaneous applause 🥰 It's been a great two months at Chuze Fitness (Cudahy)! The icing on the cake was the stellar evaluation I received from my manager last week 🌟💛

Alhumdulilah, Thursday marked 2 years of teaching at EŌS Fitness! I am especially proud of this Thursday night class which I started with 2 or 3 members in Oct. 2021 and grew to over 20 members every week! I got a special surprise this morning when I taught my live virtual Turbo Kickboxing class! My friend, who has been a 722 Sweat Mvmt member for nearly 3 years, came to class wearing the same 722 Sweat Mvmt t-shirt I was wearing 🥰 We did not plan this!
