Day 21: Wisdom
Can you believe that this is the last day of our challenge?! Over the last 21 days, we have learned about the 7F’s, the 7 Oola Blockers and the 7 Oola Accelerators. We set goals and worked on tangible ways to break through what is holding us back and embrace what will propel us forward. After today, you are 21 more steps in the right direction.
That is something to celebrate!
This 21-day challenge has helped you gain more wisdom in balancing and growing your life, so it is only fitting to have the Oola Accelerator, wisdom, be the topic of our last challenge.
There are two main ways to grow in wisdom:
-learning from others (mentors, books, this challenge etc.)
-learning from the wins and losses in your daily life.
Now that you have completed the challenge, you have learned new skills and taken steps towards more wisdom. So today's challenge is to think about one important take-away that you’ve learned about yourself while taking the 21-day Oola Challenge. And if you’re feeling brave, post about it on social media or share what you’ve learned with a loved one.
Share what knowledge you gained about yourself!

Day 20: Humility
Are you ready to dive into today’s challenge? It’s time to learn about the sixth Oola Accelerator: humility.
As you go through life, keep in mind that things aren't always about you. When you embrace this mantra, it can protect you from pain and lead you to growth. There will always be someone bigger, faster, stronger and better-looking. Instead of focusing on what other people have, stay humble and focus on something bigger than yourself.
A great way to gain humility is to pay attention to others and serve them. You don't have to do something big and grandiose – little things can completely change someone's day. Your patience, your smile and your appreciation could be the thing that turns someone's day around.
Today's challenge is to do what we like to call a "Random Act of Oola".
Buy flowers and leave them on a random porch; pay for the car behind you in a drive-through; smile at someone who cuts you off in traffic; do something that will make someone's day a little easier. Let someone wear a smile that you gave them.
Share with me yout random act of Oola

Day 19: Passion
Today is all about the next Oola Accelerator, passion.
Here is the question that we want you to answer in today’s challenge: What is something that you are so passionate about that you would dedicate every waking moment to achieving it?
For us, sharing the Oola Lifestyle Framework is something we live and breathe every day. We are passionate about letting the world know that they don’t have to settle for an ordinary life when extraordinary is within them. Our passion is sharing Oola.
Today’s challenge will push you outside of your comfort zone on purpose. Once you answer the question we initially asked, we want you to declare it. Post what you are passionate about on Facebook, Instagram, the staff lunch room, the Starbucks community wall or on the fridge for your family and friends to see.
“I am passionate about ______________.”
By going public, you are pushing away your fear, releasing your passion and declaring what inspires you. Let’s be each other’s biggest fans as we begin to live the life we dream of and deserve.

Day 18: Integrity
Are you ready to dive into today’s challenge? It’s time to learn about the fourth Oola Accelerator—integrity.
Do you ever feel like you put so much of yourself into something or someone that you start losing a little bit of who you are? Often the more dedicated you feel, the more you sacrifice, which can lead to imbalance. In your journey to Oola, don't put everything into your dream and forget about balancing your life.
Today’s challenge is to schedule and commit to doing two small acts of balance this week.
If you've stopped hanging out with your friends so you can work more, schedule a coffee date with a friend. If you find yourself skipping the gym to catch up on emails, complete a workout. Write down your commitments and keep yourself accountable. Don’t forget to stay true to yourself. Set goals that promote personal growth, but set them in steps that are realistic so you create a culture of winning.
Share with me your commitments to staying balanced

Day 17 : Discipline
We hope you all embraced your inner hopeless romantic yesterday. Today we'll dive into the third Oola Accelerator – discipline.
It's rare to find someone who has attained his or her dream life without the power of strong work ethic and discipline. Discipline comes in many forms, but one of the most important forms is positive thinking. Sometimes we get stuck in the routines of life – all of the stresses of work, family life, relationships, and finances pile up. As worry and uncertainty increase, it's easy to catch ourselves viewing things from a negative perspective.
Today’s is to go 24 hours without complaining.
Whenever you catch yourself complaining in your head or out loud, pause and say one thing that you are grateful for. Use that moment as an opportunity to count a simple blessing in your life that you might've taken for granted, or even missed had you kept on complaining. Through this disciplined awareness, you will not only complain less, but you will also see how blessed you truly are.
