East Allen TFC at Lovejoy High School MTT at 5am! Hi there!! I was born and raised in East Allen in a sports fueled family. I myself played soccer from the age of four all the way through high school at the highest level and went onto college with a soccer scholarship.
After being injured, I was told I would never be an athlete again. Little did they know, that just fueled my desire to help other women overcome both physical and mental barriers life has thrown at them. I am currently a competitive powerlifter and I love being as strong mentally and physically as I can and I love to help women feel the same. I thoroughly enjoy, and have always dreamed of, helping women achieve their own personal goals no matter how big or small. I look forward to meeting you!!!

Todays Fit Tip Tuesday is all about easy ways to get moving! 🏃🏻♀️
Increasing your steps everyday is the quickest way to start your fitness journey or to step up your game if you're hitting a plateau!
Most of us sit all day.... being sedentary is a killer for weight loss. 🤦🏻♀️
Below are a couple things you can add in or swap out everyday to amp up your step game!
🔆Morning or afternoon 10-15 minute walk. Not only will this get those steps in its an amazing way to destress and have some "me time" 🧘🏻♀️
🔆Walk to the further bathroom in your office better yet go to one thats up or down stairs.
🔆Park in the back of the parking lot for work, shopping, appointments etc.
🔆Take 5 min walk around breaks throughout your day- your work will always be there, it can wait 5 min!
🔆At a kids practice or game? don't just sit and talk (as an ex athlete I know you moms aren't just sitting there cheering the babies on!!!) walk around the field! Get those other moms involved and have a practice walking party!
I aim for 10,000 steps a day. Working both at home and in an office I was getting around 2,000 a day before I became cognizant of how sedentary my day was! I cant emphasize how much those quick walks help me out in my day! 💪🏻👌🏼
