TOPS Session 1 ✅
Proud of this crew and the work they put in this summer. TOPS is not easy, and these girls showed up ready to be challenged, get stronger, clean up the little things, and somehow survive a whole lot of “one more rep.” 😅
There were hard days, tired legs, shaky holds, rope climbs, sprints, presses, and plenty of moments where “that looked easier in theory.”
But there was also a LOT of growth.
We watched them get stronger, more confident, more disciplined, and more aware of what they’re capable of when they keep showing up and doing the work.
Session 1 = DONE. 💜💪
Very proud of these girls and everything they poured into it.
