True internal arts are internal. To understand and move with the understanding of natural movement. Ying and Yang muscles groups and ligaments move a certain way. To recognize this is the art itself! So many tai chi instructors lack this. Its a shame. To feel not only your training partner, but also feel inside yourself. This is true understanding, this is knowing.
