CLIENT TRANSFORMATION SPOTLIGHT 🤯
mrs is lifestyle client that had struggled with weight gain post pregnancy and overall body image. It was a struggle coming back to the gym, being fit prior in life.
I’m so proud to say 7 months later she is down 50lbs, improved her mental health, and gained confidence!!
There was a meal plan in play, she’s with training 3-4x a week at ! The diet suited her lifestyle and there was still variation to live fully and enjoy life!
It can feel intimidating coming to the gym and starting a diet, but always remember with time and consistency almost anything is achievable!

Congrats to on two wins today at the NPC Elite Physique Championships!
He placed first in both middleweight bodybuilding and Classic class A 👏🏻
I’m proud of this one! We had prepped for a show prior and unfortunately life got in the way. He reevaluated his goals and executed the plan for an awesome comeback!

Earlier this month we had the absolute pleasure of doing a rush prep with .fitness 🙌🏻
In 7 weeks we got him down 12lbs and tightened him up for the OCB Franco Classic!
We brought a crispy, confident physique to the stage! Placing top 3! Super proud of him!!!
Not to sound cliche, but he’s the epitome of “what’s your excuse?” This man is an amputee. He went into the gym every damn day. Got his steps in, hit the stairs, pushed himself past failure. He gave no f&$ks, no excuses, not a single complaint; he got the work done! And we LOVE to see it 👏🏻
It was an incredible pleasure working with Toseef. He’s an inspiration and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work with him!

Update! From start ~ 20 weeks ago to 4 weeks out this past week. This is insane. First time dieting down with a coach, first real programming, first regimented overall plan and freaking ran with it. Her entire body has changed shape, tightened up, and the lines are all coming in 🤌🏻🔥
She will be debuting in Bikini at the Big Cat Classic. Give her a shout! Wish her luck!

Thanks for being patient everyone, I know myself and the other coaches have he last two weeks have spotty on the page!
I think it’s incredibly important to practice what you preach as a coach. Walk the walk, talk the talk, and everything and anything in between.
Yesterday I placed 2nd in a stacked class at North American Championships. One spot away from becoming a professional. From 8th at the first National in June to 2nd by September. 10 weeks of grit and determination to make a major change.
You’re capable of changing your health and physique. It takes time and consistency. Never give up. Nothing is linear in weight loss or muscle gain. Literally nothing. There’s no magic pill, there’s no one food or exercise that’ll do more than another. It’s the work and consistency you put in. A marathon not a sprint.
Today it looks like we have the top spot in welters open. Top 4 overall become a professional. If todays the day then HELL YEAH. If not then, shake it off, and get back to restrategize.
Again, regardless of your goal. Don’t ever give up. Chase your goals and chase your dreams. You only have one life, you need to enjoy it inside and out 🙏🏻❤️

Lifestyle training client Monica has done nothing short of wonderful in the past 6 months!! Down 4 dress sizes 💃🏻 and 20lbs! Her body has totally toned and sculpted with lean mass packing on as fat trims away🔥a little body recomposition at its finest!
She’s changed her entire lifestyle for the better. She makes educated intuitive food choices, otherwise totally sticks to the diet CONSISTENTLY, and absolutely gives training everything she can. I mean every single workout, she absolutely kills it with a smile!
Monica is a mother, works full time, eats to the plan like a G, AND makes time for the gym at least 5 days a week! Gets her steps and water 💦 in everyday too!!! What’s you’re excuse!?
