It’s been a while since I’ve been able to do an outdoor Sound Bath.
Bring your favorite blanket or lawn chair, and join me this Thursday for a Sound Bath on the beach. I will have Sound bowls, and many other world instruments to take you on a sound journey designed to help calm the nervous system and release stress from the body. This 45 minute Sound journey is open to the public and cost is by donation.

9 am Good Morning Flow
Tomorrow’s class will be gentle yoga class full of breath work , movement and stretching that ends with a 15 minute Sound Bath Savasana.

10:30 am Breath & Balance
This class is a combination of movement, stretching, balance, work, and a whole lot of fun!
