6pm tonight!

Today is lap day, led by Alex and cheered on by Sarah. On lap day we run a 1.1ish mile loop around the river and is a great day to join us for the first time, run/walk, or even get some speed work in! Everyone gets to see each other as we run/walk/skip/burpee/somersault around the river.

Levi will not be present as he is heading out for his Ironman in Wisconsin. Go Levi!

As a reminder, this is a volunteer led group, participation is at your own risk. We meet in the parking lot outside of Harborside cycle.

Today’s run club is LAP DAY, where we all run loops around the river for ~45 minutes. This is a great opportunity to join us, as runners and walkers can choose your own pace, and we all get to see each other!
We meet at 6pm in the parking lot in front of Harborside Cycle.
