Empowered Pilates

Did you know that Empowered has opened a second studio at our location!? In “the green room” we have an amazing group of yoga teachers that offer a wide variety of classes. This room is also the home of our TRX classes as well as weekend childcare while the reformer classes are happening!

All package holders will get ONE FREE YOGA CLASS & ONE FREE TRX CLASS for the month of October!

Our introductory package is $40 which gets your two classes of your choice to try out multiple styles or instructors.

The YOGA PACKAGE we offer is 10 classes for $150 with a 60 day expiration.
