Starting June 7th, we will be adding a new Friday 5pm Strictly Strength class to the schedule.

You can hit the barbell with us then go hit the bar afterward to kick off your weekend. It gives a whole new meaning to happy hour!

We will be canceling classes tonight so all of our members can attend Taste of Alpharetta.

Classes will resume to our regularly scheduled programming tomorrow.
