Make Your Big Impact Podcast 03/17/2026

I love when the stars align.

I had the pleasure of joining Angel Tuccy on her podcast yesterday, along with Jackie Bailey.

There is a lot of power in women sharing their stories, using their voices, and having real conversations.

One of the things Jackie said that really stuck with me was that the more times you share your story, the more people you help heal — and the more you heal yourself. So true!

Thank you again, Angel, for inviting me on Make Your Big Impact Podcast. As always, it was so fun spending time with you.

Some habits are simple and support more than one area of life.

One of my favorites…making my own lunch.
It’s good for my health and my bank account.

Packing your own lunch might seem like a small thing, but it’s one of those healthy habits that can make a bigger difference than people realize.

One of the most valuable lessons I learned when the housing market crash turned my career and income upside down was to be more intentional with my money.
And going through health challenges taught me to be more intentional with what I put in my body.

For years, I was constantly on the go and ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner out without thinking about it.
Looking back, it was a lot of money (and calories) I could have saved.

Have you ever tracked how much money you spend eating out? Ugh. It was not pretty.

And even though lunch was usually a salad, I still would have eaten healthier if I had made more of my meals at home.

That’s why I think making your own lunch matters.
It supports your health goals and your financial goals.

Now every weekend, I hit the grocery store for the ingredients for my favorite organic salad, and I alternate between a salad and leftovers from my healthy dinner the night before.

Healthy.
Easy.
Budget-friendly.
And a simple way to be more intentional with your choices.

What’s one simple habit that helps you stay aligned with your goals?

When was the last time you stepped outside of your comfort zone?

The truth is, to accomplish your big goals and dreams, you'll need to do things you've never done before.

And it's scary.

Even for those of us who make a habit of stretching outside our comfort zone.

I just committed to speaking at an International Women's Day event where I'll share a story from a virtual stage.

And I'm so nervous.

I speak and give presentations and workshops for a living.
I've spoken in front of hundreds of people.

So why is this different?

Because telling a story is completely different from presenting with slides and teaching material I know like the back of my hand.

But although this is scary, it's so aligned with my bigger vision that, despite my fear, I'm choosing to do it.

I want to become a better speaker and... maybe you'll see me on a TED Talk stage one day.

Do you want to join me this week in doing something that scares you but will help you get one step closer to accomplishing your big goals and dreams?

When was the last time you asked yourself what actually makes you happy?

Most successful women have a plan for their career, their finances, and their goals.
But they don’t have a plan for happiness.

They assume it will automatically show up once they hit the next achievement.
The problem is, it doesn’t work like that.

Success is awesome, but it’s not the same thing as happiness.

Happiness comes from the choices you make consistently:
How you treat your body.
What you prioritize.
What you say yes to. And what you say no to.
How you spend your time.
Who you spend time with.

Those choices are either creating your happiness… or sabotaging it.

What’s one thing you can do this week that supports your happiness?

How Nicole Comis Redefined Success by Trusting Herself 03/02/2026

Loved sharing my story with France on the Real Female Entrepreneurs Podcast—from beauty school dropout to mortgage lender to helping powerhouse women silence their inner mean girl and create lives they actually love waking up for.

We dove into:
• The game-changing truth about life balance... Spoiler: it's not about how you allocate your time—it's about how fulfilled you are in the areas of your life that matter most.
• Why vulnerability is access to connection (it's not weakness!)
• The myth that women feel they have to act like men to be successful
• What I'd tell my 18-year-old self about boundaries and self-worth

If you're ready to start living a life that feels as good as it looks, this one's for you.

I am so excited to share that I was featured in the February 2026 edition of Female Entrepreneurs Magazine!

There was a time in my life when I questioned my path and myself completely.

Today, I have the privilege of guiding others toward deeper alignment, personal power, and lasting transformation.

The work I do has always been about helping people step fully into who they truly are, release what’s been holding them back, and create lives that are happy, healthy, and fulfilling.

Angel France, thank you for believing in my mission and inviting me to share my message. I love your big vision and the amazing work you’re doing for female entrepreneurs.

It was an honor to be featured alongside women who refuse to shrink their brilliance for anyone.

Martin Luther King Jr. was such a great model of what heart-centered leadership looks like.

He chose love, over hate, time after time.

Hate has a high price.
It’s exhausting.
It keeps us stuck in the past.
It drains our energy.

And over time, it impacts our health, our relationships, our lives, and our world.

For me, choosing love means not letting someone else’s actions harden my heart.
It means deciding that anger doesn’t get to control my life.

Love creates space for healing and peace… even when things aren’t perfect.
It’s not always easy, but it’s freeing.
And it’s what allows me to show up in my power.

Where are anger, resentment, or hate showing up in your life?

Do you have a role model?

Maybe not someone you want to be exactly, but someone who reflects how you want to show up in the world.
How you want to be experienced by others.
How you want to live your life.

For me, that person is Betty White.

Not because of her career or fame, but because of who she was as a human.

Kindness, humor, and warmth were simply who she was.
She genuinely seemed to be in love with life.

There are very few people who make me smile the moment I see their face, but she’s one of them.

And I honestly believe the world could use more people like her.

People who love and appreciate life.
People who don’t take themselves or life too seriously, and still being serious about the things that matter.
People who treat everyone with respect, no matter what their title is or the room they're in.

Betty White is a reflection of how I want to live my life.

I wrote a blog about it called Who Do You Want to Be in the World?

You can find it at NicoleComis.com or by following the link below!

Do you have a role model? I’d love to hear in the comments.

Safety is something most of us don’t think about on a daily basis.
I know I don’t.

And a big reason we’re able to live our lives without constantly thinking about it is because of the men and women in law enforcement who willingly step into dangerous situations to protect us.

Because of you, many of us walk down the street without fear.
Because of you, we sleep a little easier at night.

I heard it was National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day and wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for those who put their safety on the line to protect our communities.

It’s a demanding, often thankless job — and one that deserves more appreciation than it gets.

Thank you for your service.
Thank you for protecting our communities.

If you’re grateful for the men and women helping to protect you and your loved ones, take a moment to thank them. They don’t hear it enough.

Do you make time for your hobbies?

I talk a lot about health and wellbeing being the foundation of everything we do — and everything we don’t do.

But here’s the thing: wellbeing isn’t just about workouts, supplements, or eating well.

It’s about enjoying your life.
Doing things that make your heart happy.

And a big piece of that gets overlooked all the time: hobbies.
Reading.
Hiking.
Pickleball.
Painting.
Gardening.
Cooking.

When life becomes all work and no play, burnout isn’t far behind.
Hobbies bring balance.
They calm your nervous system.
They remind you that life is meant to be enjoyed.

So I’m curious…
What are your favorite hobbies?

And if it’s been a while since you had one, what’s something you used to love that you could bring back in the new year?
