Here are 4 things to do on low-energy days:

โœ… Prioritize one important task Small wins build momentum.

โœ… Take breaks without guilt. Rest is part of productivity.

โœ… Practice self-compassion. Treat yourself with the same kindness you'd offer a friend.

Not every day will be your best day, and that's okay. What matters is continuing to move forward.
