We didn’t have any registrations for class this week so we are holding off. The library will be closed for July 4th, so I’ll see you on 7/18 for the next prenatal yoga class at the Alpine Public Library

Come join us for yoga on Wednesday 6/4 at 2pm or for Alpine’s first Prenatal yoga class on 6/6 at 1pm (space is limited for prenatal, please sign up at the library or message me).

•FREE Community yoga first and third Wednesday 3/5 + 3/19 at 2pm at the Alpine Public Library

•Thursdays at 12pm in Marathon for Chair Yoga at the Marathon Health Center $15

•Saturdays 10am in the loft at Alcove Social $10 for yoga and a drink ticket redeemable during brunch downstairs

•Sundays at 4pm for Slow Stretch at La Sala Studio (second floor of the The Granada Theatre) $15

Bailey Does Yoga Hatha yoga, deep stretch, chair yoga, restorative yoga, core strength, some aerial yoga and movement videos shared weekly. Alignment focused and modifications encouraged. Come join me for a class here, live on ZOOM or in person!

Come join us this Saturday 2/22 for the first Bend before Brunch, yoga and brunch at Alcove Social

Class starts at 10am. $10 for entry and you’ll get a ticket for a soda, beer or mimosa after class. See you there, second floor of the bar, in the loft. Mats provided.
