Had to take some time off and go backwards due to the fact I started my own business. There is a lot of work and a lot of hours and still is but now I can get back at training again and hopefully be able to stay committed since it's something I love doing. I have had friends die and have heart attacks recently and makes me realize your health is the most important thing because without it you can't do anything.

At the point now I can feel the muscle separation by focusing on the exercises. I am going light to get more reps but much more discipline on the muscle being worked.
Had 13 days off for holidays. Worked out a bit but didn't eat very good. Enjoyed holiday food. Time to cut up and do high reps and cardio and see how I look and feel in 30-90 days. Pics to follow progress coming
In Montana on vacation for 14 days and still working out, found two gyms less than a mile away. Will check out Peak and the bullet gum tomorrow. Very hard to stay discliplined with all these great foods my sister is making. Arghh!!!
Still a long way to go but I can't wait to see how far I can go in a year from now. I am still excited about this interesting journey. Chiseling away the fat and building muscle one day at a time like getting rid of a bad habit.

Ok new 90 day photos. I am 238lbs in these pics. Still trying to bulk up at least another 12 lbs by end of January before I cut down for summer. These are not the best pics since I have a 3 sec timer on my camera. LOL
This last month has been one of the best learning months for me ever. Learning the right times to eat the right foods such as carbs and proteins and my insulin sensitivity. Makes such a big difference in how you look and how energy. The amount of workout and amount of calories has been a challenge to figure out as well. I have also learned that time off is much needed for muscle repair and muscle growth. I have learned difference between my types of workouts. I think I am ready for the next level.
