Water Aerobics is 9-10am Monday-Friday and 5-6pm on Saturday

All my classes are at the Charles Warford Activity Center.

I am looking forward to my day. Starting it off with teaching my rebounding class, going to salon to fling some cuts and color’s, and then ending it by teaching a water aerobics class!
I am so great full by being able to love what I do.
Being happy and accepting and always thriving for better versions of your self ! This is a daily goal for me. Love yourself to care enough to do self care.
Set a goal for your self and make a plan to make it happen.

Have you ever looked at a tape measure? When you are on the journey of getting healthier and if it is to drop weight or get cut and or gain weight, look at that tape measure. Inches turn into feet. Be proud ou your self stay off the scale and do this one inch at a time.
In my journey I have lost 68” that is 5’ 8” .
Inches are mini goals that lead to big achievements! I am here to help you.

A workout I taught today in water aerobics. It can be done on ground too. So if you want to do a few on your rebounder , In your living room, or some at the gym go ahead. Take the plunge and do a 5 min workout or a 60 min workout!

Yes! I finally felt happy enough with my test scores. I had a goal in my mind for my grade , andi did it. Mindset of what you expect for yourself set it, accomplish it, and be proud of yourself when goal is mashed. Real work is staying knowledgeable on this gift.

All day today I was going to get to the gym. That still has not happened. I did meal prep for most of the week. I made granola squares. And the most important thing I did today was hug my kids. What positive thing did you do this Sunday? Ready set go lets share it for some interaction

I wanted to share a little of my story on my mindset page , but decided I wanted to include the community center. Thank you Charles Warford Community and Activity Center for being there and the programs you have.

Yes I had weight loss surgery! And it has not been the easy way out. It is only a tool . The rest is how you are going to use that tool!

In high school I competed in weightlifting. Kids , marriage, divorce and then forgetting who I am I gained weight and became un healthy and sick. I started a journey a little two years ago . February was a year from surgery. But I have always gone to the activity center. Now I am one of the instructors accomplishing goals I have had since high school. I just want the world to know keep moving , tone that body , and love that body. It starts inside that body with mental health and a little bit of I am kinda scared to make changes. When you have the right mindset it is easier to Love yourself ! Love yourself enough to find you and who you are.

Exercise should be fun and something you want to do! Do not dread it. If you are dreading it maybe you are trying to do things that do not make you happy. You have to have fun and like it if you won’t make that nes lifestyle change. Find what makes you happy with exercise .

I am so great full for the opportunity to be a fitness instructor and soon a sport nutritionist and food nutrition and wellness certified. Thank you for the sweet wonderful people who have given me a chance and had and have faith in me to guide my classes and make exercise fun.
