June 2026's lesson of the month is Self Awareness. This month at, we will be focusing on the significance of self-awareness for children. Teaching kids to be aware of themselves is crucial as it helps them understand their emotions, thoughts, and actions. By developing self-awareness, children learn to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, make better decisions, and navigate social interactions more effectively. It lays the foundation for personal growth, empathy, and building healthy relationships. Join us as we empower children with the essential skill of self-awareness to thrive both on and off the mat!
