Feeling excited! We have 2 amazing things happening. 1) we are seeing good results with the PTSD intervention. 2) we are bringing in a Brene Brown trained facilitator Sept 8 & 9 for a special workshop. Save the date and watch for more details.

We continue to grow! I got back from Seattle last Sunday and I am working toward completing my certification in a new PTSD intervention that we are adding to our tools, and it is AMAZING! I'm so excited and honored to be part of the Prolympian PTSD Project; a Global movement to help those suffering with PTSD/trauma and anxiety, and to have met so many amazing people from around the world that will be part of our global community. We have a very large contract beginning August 1st to begin helping over 82,000 veterans/first responders and their families.

At this time, we are looking to work with 5 new individual practice clients and 1 small group/family (3-5 people) who would like to begin alleviating their symptoms for FREE right away! We are booking appointments beginning Tuesday, July 26th.

These sessions can be done via Zoom.us or in person.
