Joe has also had a phenomenal start to the Long Course season and continues to embody the core values of the TigerSharks program. Joe achieved 100% attendance with the Orange group and has gone above and beyond by beginning the transition into the Teal group, giving him attendance well over 100% when combining both practice groups. His consistency and dedication are a tremendous example of Commitment and Passion for the sport. Joe has been a longtime member of the TigerSharks, and throughout the years he has continually displayed Conscientiousness in practice through his willingness to learn, accept coaching, and challenge himself daily. His growth as a swimmer is a direct reflection of his Resilience and Courage to continue striving to become the best version of himself. Joe’s positive attitude and strong work ethic continue to make him a fantastic role model for his teammates.
