i think flow and the freedom i find on my mat means so much to me because it’s not about anyone else. it’s where i go to find and hold myself.

My favorite pose yesterday. I did a lot of heart openers and today my ribs are a bit sore! OOOps. you know you’re a good yoga teacher when you can kick even your own butt! LOL

Just as nature responses to the climate and unfolds itself . Can the practice of Yoga Asanas and Pranayama be a space where we permit curiosity? If we anticipate every movement before event knowing what the body and breath holds , we can be missing a great part of what truly is the score in the body . Can we arrive into a pose without Micromanaging or giving it direction? Can we arrive into the body without urging it to anything other then what it is . In this way you maybe having a better picture or idea of what the body holds that moment and that could be your window into you more expansive nature .
