Check out the swing changes that has made. He’s been working hard on his game and has definitely made some significant changes to his swing and game over the last 2 years of us working together.

1. Starting with the take away being more on plane and not dumbed under. 2. Then from top he does a great job of shallowing the club on the downswing. 3 his impact position is keeping more forward tilt and bend.

Rodrigo’s favorite drill is the basket between the legs. This has helped him sync his swing while getting him to use the ground more. It is also part of the reason he shallows the club so well on the downswing.

Excited to see where he can continue to take his game with some more hard work and some short game action!

A little Practice of my own. Try to stick to the K. I. S. S. Method, Keep It Simple Stupid. It’s often easy to over complicate this game. My thought and move have become a lot simpler. It has taken a few years of a lot of changes and lots of exaggerated swings to get here. Now everything is starting to come together, there is almost no thinking going on, my thought if any is very simple. Up, Down and around, and just let the ball get in the way. With practice and patience we can all get our swings to a place with less thought and more K. I. S. S. (Keep It Simple Stupid)

Here shows us the importance of practicing “non traditional” shots. Even when there appears to be no play towards the green, there is always a play.

Followed up by Andy showing us his great new bunker technique that he had learned on the previous hole. Learning how to use the bounce of the club is very important for bunker shots.
