Cannot believe it’s been 10 years today that we closed this wonderful show!! Such an amazingly fun time in my life, working on stage with my wife, having our daughter during this time, the friends we made who will always be our family and the memories of 7 incredible years full of joy and laughter are something I will always be truly grateful for! Thank You “Aladdin a Musial Spectacular”, you were one hell of a magical carpet ride!! 🧞‍♂️🐪🌟🍎🥖🎭🕌🗡️🎵

A few highlights of my weekend! Hyrox Anaheim was brutal, grueling and exhausting but also awesome and rewarding! I had a great time and raised money for charity in the process. Shaved 7 minutes of my previous time (although it looks like 5 mins for a time penalty that actually made me run longer! 🤦🏻‍♂️) and after losing my Dad this year, racing this on December 13th was cathartic for me as it would’ve been his 85th birthday. Thank you Hyrox, I love this sport and I’ll be back again to lower that time even more!

Hi Everyone! As some of you may know in a few weeks time I will be racing in my 2nd Hyrox race, but this time I will be racing for more than a finish time 🖤

On Saturday December 13th I’m taking on HYROX Anaheim as part of Race For Impact, raising money for mental health charities — a cause that’s deeply personal after my own past battles with depression.

I’ve already hit my fundraising goal, but every extra dollar goes toward helping someone who needs support, a reminder they’re not alone.

Thank you so much to all those who have already generously donated, If you feel called to donate — big or small — it truly means the world. 🙏🏻

This race also happens to fall on what would’ve been my Dad’s 85th birthday. He passed away in July, and pushing through this event will be a cathartic way to honor him, his strength, and the mark he left on me.

Here’s to impact, healing, and showing up when it counts.💜🩵 🕊️(blue and purple, colors for my Dads beloved West Ham United!)

When it comes to training and nutrition, feelings will lie to you.
• You won’t always feel motivated.
• You’ll feel too tired, too busy, or not in the mood.
• You’ll feel like skipping the workout or reaching for the junk food.

But your mind—your discipline, your commitment, your reason why—has to be stronger. That’s what separates results from regret.

Don’t wait for feelings to carry you. Train your mind to lead the way, and your body will follow.

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.

This morning I cooked up a pound of 96% lean beef—half went with eggs and blackberries for breakfast, and now the other half is fueling me with white rice, mashed avocado, and a couple tablespoons of spicy salsa.

Clean. Simple. Delicious.
Fuel your body without the fuss.

Perspective is Everything

When you’re healthy, your mind is filled with goals—career, family, fitness, travel, personal growth. But when you’re sick, all of that fades into the background. The only thing that matters is getting better.

Your health is the foundation for everything else in life. Prioritize it. Train your body, fuel it well, and take care of your mind. Because when you’re strong and thriving, the possibilities are endless.

Forget the quick fixes—these are the REAL performance enhancers:

✅ The best “energy drink” is 2-3L of water.
Dehydration leads to fatigue, brain fog, and cravings. Drinking enough water keeps your energy levels steady and helps your body function at its best. Tip: Start your morning with a full glass of water and carry a bottle with you throughout the day.

✅ The best “focus drug” is 7-8 hours of sleep.
Lack of sleep wrecks concentration, memory, and decision-making. Quality sleep improves mental clarity, productivity, and even fat loss. Tip: Set a consistent bedtime, reduce screen time before bed, and create a wind-down routine to improve sleep quality.

✅ The best “antidepressant” is 45 minutes of exercise.
Movement releases endorphins, reduces stress, and boosts mood. Strength training, walking, or any form of exercise can be a natural way to combat anxiety and depression. Tip: Schedule workouts like appointments, even if it’s just a 30-minute walk or bodyweight routine at home.

Stop chasing shortcuts—these are the habits that truly level up your life. Which one do you need to focus on most? Drop a comment below! ⬇️
