Itās harder to get satiated with small meals and that frequent hunger can derail you from your diet plan if you are in a place where high palatable foods tempt you (we can see them now in every corner of the street ) If you enjoy that way of eating stick to it. Larger meals will make you feel satiated and decrease your unnecessary snacking in between meals which are a huge contributors of sneaky calories š
if you enjoy large meals please stick to it either way itās okay .
