Gave a presentation on Exercising Through Life to my BNI Chapter
I talked about how to adjust one’s fitness based on 5 different stages of life.
Childhood: run, play, jump, climb, fall, have fun!
Emerging Adulthood: learning basic body weight movement patterns. Introduction of balancing school, sports, friends, and life.
Adulthood: maintaining and enhancing health and fitness as the complexity of life increase.
Midlife: preventing decline and promoting longevity.
Senior Years: enhancing quality of life.
