Total time: 10 min
2 rounds - 1 minute in each isometric hold, move immediately into the next position. rest 1 minute after completing all 4 movements

1: quadruped hold
2: reverse plank
3: pike hold
4: glute bridge

If that’s too easy for ya, kick it up a notch and hold each for 90-120 seconds or add an additional round for a 15 minute workout
