Former Seawolf star Fossman joins coaching staff - University of Alaska Anchorage ANCHORAGE – Alaska Anchorage head coach Rusty Osborne announced Tuesday that one of the top performers in program history has returned to the Seawolf basketball program as former guard Kyle Fossman has been hired as an assistant coach.
