Most people don’t have a clarity problem.
They have an identity signal problem.
They’re leading, building, and deciding
from a version of themselves
that no longer fits.
And they can feel it —
in the hesitation before they speak,
in the goals they keep rewriting,
in the exhaustion that strategy alone won’t fix.
That’s what the Frequency Quiz maps.
Not a personality type.
Not another label.
Your identity pattern —
how you’re actually wired to lead, grow, and move.
Take it. Name it. Build from it.

I was in handcuffs four times before I was seventeen years old.
By forty-one, I held two master's degrees — Talent Development and Theology — and three certifications
I'm an Army E-7 transitioning out after 14 years of service.
I built and ran a successful food and hospitality business.
I'm a single mother of four.
And I'm telling you all of this in one post because for most of my professional life, I told it in pieces. The credentials in one room. The military service in another. The motherhood somewhere private. The juvenile detention — almost nowhere.
What I learned — too late — is that the leaders who keep their stories in pieces eventually run out of room to hide.
I'm done hiding.
I built a framework called Narrative Identity Leadership for the leaders who are tired of performing a version of themselves that no longer fits. It's not a personality test. It's not another resilience program. It's the layer underneath all of that — the layer where identity is actually formed.
Over the next few weeks, I'm going to teach it openly here on LinkedIn.
If you've ever wondered why you keep hitting the same ceiling, why the leadership development isn't sticking, why the wellness apps aren't reaching — keep watching.
The pattern isn't your problem. The pattern was your protection.
But protection has an expiration date.

A leader’s unintegrated adaptive pattern does not stay inside the leader. It reproduces in their team’s culture, their decision patterns, their change behaviors, and ultimately in the organization’s performance metrics.
Do you know if you are the problem

I want to ask you something and I want you to be honest.
Have you ever walked into a room — a meeting, a conference, a leadership retreat — and spent more energy managing how you were being perceived than actually leading?
Have you ever edited yourself before you spoke?
Softened something true because the room was not ready?
Performed confidence you did not feel because showing uncertainty felt like weakness?
If you answered yes to any of those — you are not alone.
And you are not broken.
You are someone who learned to survive in a system that rewarded the performance and punished the person.
That is an identity problem. Not a skill problem. Not a mindset problem.
An identity problem.
And the reason it matters is this:
You can get better at all the skills. You can improve your communication, your strategy, your presence, your ex*****on.
But if the identity underneath all of that is still running on a survival narrative — you will keep hitting the same invisible ceiling.
Not because you are not capable.
Because you are leading as the adapted version of yourself instead of the integrated one.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The NIL™ Framework was built for exactly this.
Not to fix you. You are not broken.
To help you remember who you were before you had to become who they needed you to be.
