EFC Repairs Ongoing This Week (18-22 May)
The repair work to the lights in the Large Aerobics Room at EFC is not complete yet.... so all classes at EFC will move from the large group exercise room to the small group exercise (yoga) room due again this week (18-22 May).

May 26th Altered Fitness Hours
EFC & BFC have a stand down/resiliency day planned for Tuesday 26 May, so there are some adjusted hours:
BFC hours on MAY 26th will be 1200 – 1700
EFC is on fitness access only on 26 May, so No Aerobics Classes
So just FYI, classes at EFC on 26 May are canceled:
NO 1030 Zumba with Tatiana
NO 1145 RIP with Ron
NO 1600 STRONG with Heather
Classes at BFC after 1200 on 26 May are canceled:
NO 1715 Stretch and Strength with Christina
NO 1830 STRONG with Misono
