Congrats to Chase for his blue belt tonight! Chase was officially our first student to sign up when we opened, and is without a doubt the most improved teammate on the mat. He has logged nearly 200 training hours, competed gi and nogi, and demonstrated his knowledge of our fundamentals program, self defense techniques, and sport jiu-jitsu drills.

Saturday morning strangle series! Osoto Gari takedown to side control, cross face and far side arm attack, mount transition, twisting arm to rolling back take. Then back control and finish with your choice of gi or nogi neck squeezing. 🥋 🏹 🤙
